Clients like you that have an openness,extremely knowledgable and saavy for today's market, made this such an amazing listing and transaction all together! I am thankful and honored that you trusted my decisions with vendors and any improvements , etc that were needed at that time. The unit was fabulous and you all maintained this property so well, that it was easy to market and obtain an offer in a more than quick time frame! I was so blessed to meet you and handle this for you and again, I need you to know just how honored I am for you reaching out to me and being so trusting and loyal to me in the process. Selling a home is always emotional, and I know this one came with a lot of memories… definitely bittersweet, but also super exciting with everything new that’s ahead. A new home, a new town, and all those special memories you made will go with you while you build even more special moments in your new place. Sherry , you and Chuck were so wonderful to work with and I am grateful to know you both. Not only as my clients but great friends now as well! These comments from you bring tears to my eyes, as I know the journey for you both moving to a new area, dealing with a sale in another state and all the things that come along with that can be stressful, discouraging and heart breaking as you said. We looked at almost every possibility here , lost out on some, but we were a great TEAM and we just kept it going until you found your perfect home here in SC. I said it would "land in our laps" and it did. Your humor and honesty and outlook on life is contagious and I am just thankful I know you and all the family!
